- Fill out the form up to 5 times in the link below. The access code will be sent to your email. Enter that code and fill out the form (use autofill) that is linked in the email and you will receive your 10 codes to enter into the Mcdonalds app. You get 2 codes per form submission.

Guide to order using multiple coupons after you have won of a few items:
1) Must go inside and order at a kiosk
2) Enter in app code to link account
3) In the “deals” tab, select one coupon and that item. Add to order.
4) Checkout at no cost
5) Repeat steps 2-4, ordering only one couponed item at a time, until you have ordered everything you want!
